The transfer of company’s shares is done acc.to the provisions of the effective Rules and Regulations. The shareholders book is kept at the Central Depositary.

The transfer of registered dematerialized shares issued by the company becomes effective as of the record of the transaction in the Register of the Central Depository which issues a document certifying the rights on such shares.
